Skin Rash Hall of Fame

Think about how this happened: no rash below the knee. How did this unfortunate person get the plant oil just in the area? 

I imagine them wearing shorts, sitting on a bench, and putting their hands on their legs, but with a bunch of poison ivy plant oil on their hands.
