Here is a poison ivy or poison oak rash that is infected and oozing fluid from a deep rash site. The fluid is drying on the ankle. 

While poison ivy itself is not an infection, but rather an allergic reaction, the resulting area can easily become infected if not kept clean.

Sorry; this is an ugly thing to see, but a good reminder not to let your own poison ivy rash get infected.
