This is a pretty serious poison ivy or poison oak rash. We can appreciate the vodka being included in the photo.

There were probably lots of big bubbles here that burst and allowed infection to take hold over a big swath of this man’s ankle.

The infection looks deep and dangerous. This is way beyond time to get to the ER!

(Weed whacking in shorts might give you rash like this…)
