Yup, this is pretty ugly to see. Imagine how nasty it would be to have this rash on both feet.

"Got Poison Ivy inside my shoes while weed whacking. No problem for the several days after. It started when I put the same shoes back on with no socks. Didn't realize I had run the weed wahcker through poison Ivy. Previously. The oil and bits of plants were in my shoes then rubbed onto my feet."
