Is poison ivy shiny or not?

It is shiny.

It is not shiny.

And here we see leaves that are both shiny and dull on the same triplet!

This is truly a deceptive untrustworthy plant.

The stalk on the left is all shiny (but has notched leaves, while the one on the right has no notches).
