This is not poison ivy.

Poison ivy NEVER has saw toothed (serrated) edges.

It has larger notches sometimes, but NEVER has edges like a saw blade.

This is a nice little plant, wild blackberry. It does have thorns, but it also produces lovely sweet berries which are delicious.
